PROPELLER HANDBOOK
by Dave Gear

This is the only book I know of that explains the inner workings of props. Not a book jammed full of unintelligible formulas, although many formulas are presented, but one that explains basic questions such as why your propeller shaft is vibrating, should you chose a two, three or four blade prop, will more or less pitch improve your boats performance and a host more. Of prime importance to the motor boater, sailing persons and there auxiliary's are not left out. Enables you to work out the prop you need for a certain vessel with a certain sized power plant.
