We supply complete Halyards, Running Rigging and Deck Hardware Kits to suit your Bruce Roberts yacht. Other designs also quoted on.

Generally this kit comes hand in glove with the mast kit. Once again we need to talk with you about how you wish your entire rig to work. Whether you want all rope halyards or wire to rope. Whether you are running the lines back to the cockpit or whether you are using winches mounted on the mast. Whether building your rig for the first time or just replacing halyards, carrying a few spares or even completely renewing the running rigging call for a quote. We are the Home Building specialists.

If you wish to receive everything cut to length and spliced to snap shackles where wanted we can do it.
Generally we don't recommend wire to rope halyards. Modern rope has all but done away with these. Anyone can learn to splice rope, it is easier to handle, is quieter in a rolly anchorage, one spare length can be used as an emergency cover for them all, it comes as low low stretch if desired, in short there's not much to recommend wire to rope halyards for the cruising yacht at all. However it is no trouble to supply them if you desire.
Sheet ropes are best tied to the sail but snap shackles can be spliced on if desired. Splicing braded rope is not difficult and a handy task to learn if you plan to travel to remote areas.

This block is at the heart of one of the simplest mainsheet systems there is. While a 90 kg guy may be able to pull on a mainsheet running through conventional blocks his partner may not be. The mainsheet system here uses an endless line. Two lines come out between the centre bar and the jam cleats on either side. Pull both ropes to sheet in quickly, pull on only one  to double the power ratio for fine tuning or for the slightest built crew member to adjust. The endless Main sheet means that wear is divided over the entire rope and that there will never be a shortage of rope to ease through the cleat. Suitable for all our designs up to 40 ft LOA
