I was wondering if any one could advise on the following. I am shortly putting marine grade bulkheads in to a steel sprey 28 I am presently constructing. All steel work , including cabin , cockpit is completed. I will be using 25mm ply and shall have vasrious bulkheads that will have to be lap joined to enable the bulkhead to cover the full width and height of the interior. When i join the sections of ply how wide does the lap join have to be where the two pieces are glued and joined. any suggestions ?
