ill add another feather to Phil and Liz, i have dealt with BR usa and havent been very impressed, Phil has personaly answered all my dumb questions by email very promptly and with consideration to my inexperience, (im gettin there Phil, iv got the space now, plans to be ordered shortly,) one last thing, dont buy study plans from the usa site, i dont know what Phils are like but the ones i bought from the usa site are very mixed up, almost like someone jus stuffed a handfull of files an stuck them on cd, very poorly organised, when the time comes to order ill help Phil and co pay his aussie employee's and spend my dollars there. regards, Chris.
