Designed to be built in steel with added ballast to increase stability and over all safety the construction of this little gem is within the capabilities of any competent handyman. This hull has been designed with a flared bow to help with dryness when steaming into head seas. This does present the builder with an estimated extra 3 to 5 days work but we decided that this was a small price to pay for lifelong benefits.

Two layouts are shown down below. We recommend a single engine with the addition of a wing engine for those planing longer passages however there is adequate room for twin 50 hp engines if desired. The accommodation area can be customized to suit.

On deck the wheel house has been designed to accommodate a full lenght settee so that it may also serve as a pilot berth on longer passages. The main salon table could also be designed to drop if extra unexpected guests should need to stay overnight.

A main material list is included with the SUPER STUDY PLAN PACKAGE which also shows the layouts to scale. To complete the package some sheets from the actual full construction plan package are included to allow you to see and understand our methods of construction and also check on the quality of our plans before committing yourself to the whole project. The study plan package is only $46 plus postage.
