| This is an earlier design that
traditionalists may find appealing. It is a variation on the R 31 as the same hull serves
both designs. Why it received it's own billing has since been lost in the mists of time.
The full construction plans have been drawn up for both fibreglass and wood epoxy
(strip plank method). The complete plans and full size patterns include many sheets of
large-scale drawings, plus the full-size frame patterns for the hull, deck and cabin top
beams, etc. A boat from a bygone, more sedate era. You are advised to check the Roberts 31
for more drawings of this style. It comes with both a cutter and ketch sail plan. Both of
these are included in the study plan set. The large scale SUPER STUDY PLAN PACKAGE includes sample construction drawings for wood epoxy and fibreglass plus all the different general arrangement and accommodation plans. All this for only $41 plus postage. |
