| This cruising boat has been built as a
production boat in many countries in the world. It has competed in many long
distance races and has also carried many cruising couples in safety around the world.
While it is a rather dated design now it is still worthy of consideration if you are after
a comfortable cruising boat that can be built in fibreglass The plans come for construction in any of the fibreglass methods- C-Flex, Single Skin or Foam Sandwich. There is a long keel version (see Roberts 45 Classic) and all the various rigs; schooner, ketch or cutter are interchangeable between these two designs.
